Where can I buy your work?

You can buy my work in my webshop or at Klin D’oeil in Paris.

Are the ceramics functional?

Yes! They are dishwasher and microwave safe. I recommend using them with love and care so they can stay with you for a long time.

When can I expect to receive my package?

I’m trying to ship your package as soon as I can. But when there are a lot of orders please allow up to 7 - 10 days to process before shipping.

Do you ship international?

Yes*! However not yet worldwide. Countries that I ship to include: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Hongkong, Italy, Japan, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, UK.

*I am not liable for lost, stolen packages, or longer shipping times. I will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned to our store due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal.

 

**Note for USA customers:

Orders shipped to the U.S. will incur additional customs fees. These charges are set by U.S. customs and must be paid by the customer. Thank your understanding!

Can I return my package?
If you are not satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind. Please contact me beforehand at shop.lucavanvliet@gmail.com and let me know the item(s) that you wish to return. The shipping costs for a return are the responsibility of the customer. Returned products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, as they were delivered. I am not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. 

You are recommended to use a carrier offering tracking and insurance of the returned merchandise. In the event that it is lost or damaged during transport, I can not refund the product and you must make a claim directly with the carrier.

When will be your next shop update?
Small batch ceramics go fast! I strive to update my webshop every 2-3 months. Please sign up for my newsletter to receive dates and information about the webshop.

Do you take on commissions?
